Provision of Travel Management Services

Minimum Criteria for Vendors

Companies can only participate in this Request for EOI from WHO after completing their basic registration (free of charge) at the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).

• Existing accredited IATA travel companies which have International Affiliation and minimum of five (5) years of experience in travel management services and are currently operating in Beijing;
• have a record of timely and satisfactory performance with their clients.
• have a good financial standing and have access to adequate financial resources to perform the contract and all existing commercial commitments;
• Do not have a consistent history of court/arbitral award decisions against the Vendor
