Design and Construction of Bayawan Water Supply System Project

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Water District Development Sector Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Bayawan Water District (the “Employer”) through the Local Water Utilities Administration (the “Procurement Agent”), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the design and construction of source development (spring box and expansion of water treatment plant), transmission and distribution lines, pumping station, storage facilities, generator set, service connections and power line extension (“the Facilities”).

Open Competitive Bidding – National will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
