Construction of Road from South Quang Hai bridge to Lac Giao

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the North Central Provinces Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Quang Binh Project Management Unit of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Road from South Quang Hai bridge to Lac Giao with the following:

• Building a new road from South Quang Hai bridge to Lac Giao with a length of 9,836.75m by cement base. Bnền = 7.5m. Bmặt = 6.50m
• Building a new bridge at Km2+731 by Prestressed Reinforced concrete (PRC) with a length of 52.29m.
• Building other works: drainage system, traffic safety system, sloping for connection.

National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
