Cleaning Services for the Premises of the European Commission Representation in Greece

Item Description:

The European Commission, DG Communication, Representation in Greece, Athens, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are enclosed in the attached ZIP File.

The European Commission Representation in Greece (subsequently referred to as “the Contracting Authority”) is looking for cleaning services for its premises in Athens, Vassilisis Sofias 2, 106 74.

During the entire tender procedure as well as during the execution of the Contract, the European Commission Representation will be the single contact point.

Standard cleaning services

Standard cleaning services and their frequency must be provided as described in detail under Annex Ia “Cleaning task list” to these specifications. The standard cleaning services must be provided from Monday to Friday, and must be completed between the hours of 16:00 to 20:00, as stated in Annex III “Price Quotation table” in table 1.

Description of the premises, information on the number of occupants and estimated number of visitors and of events organised per year are given under Annex Ib “Description of premises”.

Holidays of the Contracting Authority are listed in Annex IV “List of public holidays” to the Invitation to tender. Note that the European Institutions public holidays may differ from the national public holidays.
