Provision of Mobile Office and Toilet Containers and Associated Services in Cyprus, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro and Ukraine

Subject of the tender

The subject of this tender is to establish single Framework Contract (FWC) in order to rent Mobile office containers, toilet containers and associated services in Cyprus, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro and Ukraine as described in Annex II to the Invitation to Tender (Terms of Reference). The FWC shall ensure that the services provided comply with Frontex requirements.

The tender is divided into Ten (10) Lots per geographical locations as described below:

KOSOVO

• Lot 1 – Kosovo – Mobile Office Container
• Lot 2 – Kosovo – Toilet container

MOLDOVA

• Lot 3 – Moldova – Mobile Office Container
• Lot 4 – Moldova – Toilet container

MONTENEGRO

• Lot 5 – Montenegro – Mobile Office Container
• Lot 6 – Montenegro – Toilet container

UKRAINE

• Lot 7 – Ukraine – Mobile Office Container
• Lot 8 – Ukraine – Toilet container

CYPRUS

• Lot 9 – Cyprus – Mobile Office Container
• Lot 10 – Cyprus – Toilet container

Each Tenderer is invited to submit offers for one, more or all Lots.

Frontex reserves the right to reject any offer without further evaluation on the grounds that it does not comply with the tender specifications.
