The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to the United Kingdom (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The European Union issues this tender for the Provision of cleaning services for the offices of the European Union Delegation to the United Kingdom and the European Parliament Liaison Office in London (EPLO). The contractor must provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure the professional cleaning of the Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom and EPLO premises located at Europe House. The entire premises comprise a total space of 3,483 square metres, which includes entrance hall, security office, reception area, exhibition space, conference room, offices, inner hall, staff area, corridors, toilets, kitchens, doors, archives, storage, shower facilities, parking spaces and a rooftop terrace.
