Provision of bottled water to MONUSCO in DR Congo

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by courier, hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below.

1. The EOI must include as a minimum, the following documentation/information:
a. Brief relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience in providing similar requirement.
b. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and e-mail), etc.

2. This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the submission deadline; change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process, or select invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of capability in delivering similar requirement. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

3. The EOI, clearly marked “Provision of bottled water to MONUSCO in DR Congo”, must be received by MONUSCO no later than Monday, 04 February 2019, via email to monusco-procurement@un.org with copy to togbad@un.org, courier or hand-delivery to the following address:
