Construction of Regional Laboratory Buildings (Siem Reap, Pursat, Preah Sihanouk, and Kratie Provinces)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received a loan from Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Road Network Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of four (4) regional laboratory buildings in Siem Reap, Pursat, Preah Sihanouk, and Kratie provinces. The construction period is 365 calendar days.

National competitive bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
