Site Preparation and Concrete Works under the overall shelter/low cost housing project for UN-HABITAT Project in Mosul City, IRAQ

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (hereinafter refered to as UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) is seeking to establish Contract with a qualified contractor to Provision of Site preparation and sub-structure and superstucture works for its programme in Mosul, Iraq

The scope of works to be carried out covers the site preparation and concrete works under the overall shelter/low cost housing project, which will provide decent shelter/houses to returnees inside Mosul City. These buildings will be low-cost construction, yet modern efficient buildings. The buildings will be located close to the Mosul stadium and their design will maintain the architectural view of Mosul City.
