Provision of construction services (including renovation and security improvement works) for OCHA Jordan Office in Amman

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) at Geneva is looking for a competent and experienced vendor to provide construction service including renovation and security improvement works for OCHA Jordan Office in Amman.

This is a one time requirement. The service shall commence and be completed as soon as possible. The potential provider shall be expected to provide, including but not limited to,:

1. Workmanship and materials;
2. Steel works: Windows, doors, fence, balcony, handrails and main entrance Gate;
3. Civil construction, partition works;
4. Electrical fitting works;
5. Data and network cabling works.

Vendors are requested to express their interest by sending their Expression of Interest (EOI) response form by the closing date set forth in this REOI.
