Provision of Mobile Telecommunication Services to the Office for the Cordinationation of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Regional Office for West and Central Africa (ROWCA) based in Senegal

The Procurement and Contracts Unit (PCU) of United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) on behalf of the Office for Coordination of Human Rights (OCHA) hereby invites qualified service providers from all countries to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of mobile telecommunication services for OCHA ROWCA based in Senegal. Brief description of the required services: • Installation and setup of all the required services. • Un-interruptible mobile services that include calling, SMS and 4G. • Mixed services with prepaid and postpaid subscriptions for all the office. • For prepaid services, offer the possibility to have balance carried forward on the following month. • Possibility of unlimited free calls within the fleet. • Complete cover of all the national territory. • Provision of mobile data services. • Provision of roaming services for voices and data, with possibility to select options. • Appropriate helpline service to be provided by the operator in case of interruption in services or general questions related to the provided services.
