Provision of Services of a graphic designer

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC), will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of A Graphic Designer on an on-call basis, to help the Secretariat meet its growing need for quality design services for a multi-year period. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

Summary Scope of Work: 

Given the multiple reparations orders, and TFV’s ambition to expand to new situation countries, TFV intends to improve its visibility and to communicate better with its key stakeholders and public audience. The Annual Progress Report to donors, published in the public domain, highlights TFV’s achievements and results under the assistance mandate, progress under the reparations mandate, fundraising and management issues, and list of contributions.

TFV is planning to contract a Graphic Designer on an on-call basis, to help the Secretariat meet its growing need for quality design services for the period of two years with a possibility of extension.

The successful service provider will provide technical support in designing TFV publications and improvement of the design and layout of materials produced by TFV. It will ensure that materials and reports are following the TFV graphic guidelines, layout of reports and publications in English, French and other languages, development of infographics and design of innovative products.
