Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders divided into 2 lots, in order to select one or more Providers likely to provide the following services:
- Lot 1: Insurance of medical and social benefits;
- Lot 2: Administrative management of health care reimbursements;
Each tenderer is free to apply for one or more lots. In the event that a candidate bids for more than one lot, it must demonstrate the efficiency of its overall offer.
The Organisation reserves the right to award one or more lots to the same Service Provider. The deadline for submission of offer is Tuesday 10 March 2020, 2pm (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres divisé en 2 lots afin de sélectionner un ou plusieurs Prestataires susceptibles de lui fournir les prestations suivantes :
- Lot 1 : Assurance de prestations médicales et sociales;
- Lot 2 : Gestion administrative des remboursements de soins de santé;
Chaque soumissionnaire est libre de candidater pour un ou plusieurs lots. Dans le cas où un candidat soumissionnerait pour plus d’un lot, celui-ci devra démontrer l’efficience que représente son offre globale.
L’Organisation se réserve le droit de n’attribuer qu’un ou plusieurs lots à un même Prestataire. La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au mardi 10 Mars 2020 à 14h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
