The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

This requirement is for the provision of cleaning and maintenance services for buildings occupied and/or managed by the EC in the Brussels-Capital Region and surrounding area. This includes, among other things, cleaning surfaces, blinds, shutters, sanitary supplies, etc. as well as pest control and removing snow around buildings. Maintenance of their indoor and outdoor green spaces is also part of the contract.For this contract, the contracting authority also wishes to strengthen social cohesion by carrying out training and socio-professional integration.
