Item Description:
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) intends to establish a long-term Contract for the Provision of Handheld Binoculars, Night Visors and related accessories for the Strategic Deployment Stock (SDS) at the UNGSC, Brindisi – Italy.
In the specific the requirement refers to two typologies of items:
1) Individual Night Visors equipped with all required accessories, for an estimated quantity of 75 pieces in the 5-year Contract period. The equipment must be compliant with the prescriptions of MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461G or any equivalent international standard.
2) Handheld Binoculars equipped with all required accessories, for an estimated quantity of 150 pieces in the 5-year Conytract period. The equipment must be compliant with the prescriptions of MIL-STD-810F or any equivalent international standard.
Delivery Terms: Free Carrier – FCA nearest port of exit (Incoterms 2010) and Delivery At Place (DAP), UNGSC, Brindisi – Italy.
Bidders must demonstrate that their Company has previous experience for requirements of similar items in the last five (5) years.
The UNGSC reserves the right to award multiple contracts by typology.
Warranty Period: All proposed ietms must be supplied with a minimum of one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery to the UNGSC’s premises, wither in case of DAP or FCA delivery.
The contract term shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with the UNGSC’s sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (3+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor.
