Production of Animation Video on the application of Value for Money in the African Region

The World Health Organization (WHO) was established in 1948 as a specialized agency of the United Nations. The objective of WHO (www.who.int) is the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health. “Health”, as defined in the WHO Constitution, is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. WHO’s main function is to act as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work.

Objective of the RFP

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to develop a total of three videos.  A 1 x 7-minute animation for learning on the application of VFM in the African context to be posted on the ilearn platform and 2 x 3 minute or less animation highlighting benefits of applying Value for Money and for advocacy with WHO key stakeholders including social media hence driving results in the African Region of the World Health Organization (WHO/AFRO)

WHO is an Organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
