Item Description:
The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN) that is responsible for issues that concern information and communication technologies. It is the oldest among all the 15 specialised agencies of UN.
The ITU coordinates the shared global use of the radio spectrum, promotes international cooperation in assigning satellite orbits, works to improve telecommunication infrastructure in the developing world, and assists in the development and coordination of worldwide technical standards.
Expression of Interest
The Procurement Division issues the present Expression of Interest (hereinafter “EOI”) bearing the Ref. No. EOI-2020-005, with the purpose of identifying interested companies/firms that ITU may invite to participate to an upcoming solicitation process which will result in a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of SAP Consulting Services.
High Level Description of Requirements
For the planned tender ITU requires the services provider to provide techno-functional SAP consulting services to support and enhance their SAP applications in the following domains:
- SAP ECC: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, HR/Payroll NPO
- SAP CRM: Sales, Marketing, Services, Account Management, Middelware, Web Channel
- SAP SRM
- SAP Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management
- SAP BW
- SAP Enterprise Portal
- BussinessObjects – Crystal Reports
- S4HANA (all modules)
- C4HANA (all modules)
- Qualtrics
- SuccessFactors
- Architecture and Design expertise for on-prem and/or cloud
EOI Closing Date and Submission of Responses
Interested Vendors shall submit the duly completed Vendor Response Form (Annex 1) by the EOI closing date which is Monday 18 January 2021 at 12:00 hours (Geneva Time).
