Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for 10MW Altai solar PV and hybrid system of Altai soum

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Mongolia Upscaling Renewable Energy Sector Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Energy (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the EPC contract for 10MW Altai solar PV and hybrid system of Altai soum (“the Facilities”).

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
