Thank you for your interest in this contract award procedure. Please submit your request to participate by 15.12.2016. Details of our submission requirements can be found in the enclosed terms and conditions for application.
The requested service shall be awarded in the scope of the Support to the Ukrainian Decentralisation Programme (UDU).
Your request to participate should be drawn up in triplicate and in English (language) using the designated form (see annex).
If we receive more than 6 requests to participate, we will make a selection on the basis of the criteria laid out in the respective annex and invite bids only from the 6 companies with the highest scores. We reserve the right to cancel the contract award procedure if we receive fewer than 2 requests to participate.
