Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Operations Training of Bulb Crusher Unit in Goma, Bukavu, Beni , Bunia, Uvira and Kinshasa, DR Congo for MONUSCO

The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) intends to establish a contract for the supply, installation, commissioning and operations training of Bulb Crusher unit in Goma, Bukavu, Beni, Bunia, Uvira and Kinshasa, DR Congo.

All Bulb Crushers to be provided under the contract shall be delivered to MONUSCO RVA Office- Goma, DR Congo, meanwhile installation, commissioning and operations training will take place in all listed locations above.

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from duly registered and licensed companies for the Supply, installation, commissioning and operations training of Bulb Crusher Unit in Goma, Bukavu, Beni, Bunia Uvira and Kinshasa , DR Congo.

MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly, intends to issue an invitation to a solicitation to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill MONUSCO requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete UN Vendor registration preferably for level 1 on the vendor database accessible on http://www.ungm.org

The EOI should specify brief relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience. Vendors will be shortlisted based on their ability to provide the relevant documents showing that they are able to meet the requirement. Interested vendors must provide the following documents with their response:

• Copy of the registration certificate / license(s) of the company

Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation to submit bids

MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the solicitation documents. MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated below.

La Mission de l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour la Stabilisation en République Démocratique du Congo (MONUSCO) sollicite des manifestations d’intérêt pour la Fourniture, l’ Installation, et la Mise en Service et Formation aux Opérations de l’unité de Dechiquetage d’Ampoules à Goma, Bukavu, Beni, Bunia, Uvira et Kinshasa, RD Congo.

La MONUSCO entreprendra un exercice d’appel d’offres et établira un document de sollicitation aux sociétés qui auront exprimé leur intérêt et auront fourni des informations pertinentes initiales démontrant leur capacité à satisfaire les exigences de la MONUSCO. En outre, on demandera aux sociétés intéressées de remplir le formulaire d’enregistrement des fournisseurs (seulement pour les nouveaux fournisseurs) dans le site ungm.org. Les spécifications détaillées seront fournies aux sociétés présélectionnées pour la réception des documents de sollicitation.
