Mobile Telephony Services

Item Description:

The European Banking Authority (referred to below as the “contracting authority”) is planning to award a framework contract with one service provider resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents for this procedure consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter and the tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The subject of this call for tenders is for the provision of mobile telephony services:

1. supply of SIM cards;
2. portability of current mobile phone numbers and provision of new numbers;
3. communications network (voice and SMS);
4. mobile internet data; and,
5. very good coverage and quality of the voice and SMS services and a high speed mobile internet data service at the EBA’s headquarters located at Paris La Défense, Tour Europlaza, Floors 24 to 27, 20 avenue André Prothin, 92400 Courbevoie.

Please note that the EBA already has mobile telephone terminals and does not aim at purchasing devices through this procurement procedure and the subsequent contract.
