Supply of work seats designed in a sustainable and socially responsible manner

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, represented by the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the invitation letter and annexes. All documents are available in the enclosed ZIP File.

The purpose of this procurement action is to ensure the supply of work seats, including associated services such as the supply of spare parts and accessories, transport, unpacking, assembly, recovery and recycling, and creation and updating of an “online catalogue” type website. The contract is mainly aimed at distributors. Deliveries will be made to Brussels, Luxembourg and other Member States for the contracting authorities mentioned in the specifications.
