Provision of social services for UPU staff

Purpose

The purpose of this CFT is to secure the services of a social service provider for UPU staff.

Scope

The scope of this service is as follows:

• Improve staff well-being and the work environment in general;
• Provide individual consultations, and assistance in alleviating stressful situations;
• Improve managers’ responses to personal problems experienced by members of staff;
• Bring any major problems to management’s attention with a view to promoting healthy behaviour in the workplace.
