Provision of a 100-bed infectious diseases hospital caring for COVID-19 patients only

The United Nations is sending a Request for Information (RFI) for the provision of a 100-bed infectious diseases hospital caring for COVID-19 patients only. You can find more details about the envisaged facility in Annex A.

While a turn-key solution would bring considerable advantages, it could potentially be broken down in several packages of work, including:

• Package 1: Set up of the necessary infrastructure
• Package 2: Operation and Maintenance (cleaning, catering, power generation…)
• Package 3: Medical Services (staffing, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and consumables, PPE’s, ambulance services…)

The UN is requesting the following information:

1. Your interest and capability to offer a turn-key solution, or any of the packages (1-3) mentioned above. Please provide a short summary of why your company would be in a good position to deliver (including past experiences for similar assignments, areas of expertise, etc.).
2. A paper outlining the main technical characteristics, features and scope of the envisaged solution(s).
3. Schedule that would be reasonable for the mobilization the described solution(s).
