Supply of Laboratory Equipment and Associated Services (Lots 1 & 2)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Climate Friendly Agribusiness Value Chains Sector Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation and Consumer Affairs Department, Ministry of Commerce (“the Purchasers”) invite sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of Laboratory Equipment and Associated Services (Lots 1 & 2).

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
