A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M100.00

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract contained in the bidding documents comply with the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for the Procurement of Goods, September 2010, revised July 2012.

Bids shall be valid for a bid period of 90 days after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by the bid security of M30,000 per lot for Lot I and II and M20,000 for Lot III and must be delivered to the above office on or before 10:00am local time on 28th May 2020.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10:10 am local time on 28th May 2020 at the Ministry of Finance, Government Complex, Finance House, Maseru, Third Floor, Tender Boardroom.
