Technical support to PMNCH Digital Health Strategy, Innovation and Private Sector Engagement

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to work closely with the Secretariat leadership, namely the Governance and Partnerships Manager and relevant governing bodies, constituencies and key stakeholders to provide strategic advice and support in implementing the 2018-2020 Business Plan, with a focus on:

• Developing and implementing Partnership for Maternal, Newborn & Child Health (PMNCH) digital health strategy;
• Building the innovation ecosystem in support of women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health (WCAH),including establishing and implementing non-device innovations pipeine, identifying new innovations, screening, incubation period, scale up and sustainability;
• Updating PMNCH Private Sector engagement strategy; ensuring PMNCH provides an effective engagement platform for the Private Sector at global, regional and country levels in support of WCAH; and
• Support PMNCH’s related strategic areas and governing bodies as needed.
