Provision of Locksmith maintenance services and related services

Item Description:

The European Committee of the Regions, Directorate for Logistics is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes.

The services relate to normal maintenance (i.e. non-omnium) involving, among other things, preventive and corrective maintenance, adjustment, breakdown service, repair, removal, installation and, if necessary, replacement of the construction parts described below:

• building and furniture locksmith, including key management;
• interior and exterior metal joinery, including hardware;
• mechanical components of electrified/automatic/security doors;
• decorative metalwork;
• metallic constructions;
• specific services, small fittings or refurbishment.
