The European Commission, European Anti-Fraud Office, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Call for tenders
This call for tenders aims to conclude a framework contract for the supply of promotional material divided into 2 distinct lots.
For facilitating the evaluation of the bids, a representative sample of items has been listed below for which tenderers should submit their best offer. However, once the contract has been awarded, the contract authority may order different items from tenderers catalogue then those mentioned in this technical annex.
Tenderers may submit a bid for lot one or two or for both lots. When a bid is submitted, it should contain a proposal for all items of the selected lot(s).
A picture and detailed description of the objects for each lot are included in Annexes I and II.
Tenderers are invited to submit with their bid at least one (1) sample of the selected items and at the same time should reflect in the submitted samples their innovative and original way of thinking when it comes to design and display.
Lot 1: covers the delivery of promotional objects presented in the tenderers product catalogue. The tenderer should submit a list of net prices (without VAT) for the sampled items taking into account any discounts and possible costs which could occur (printing, transportation, packaging, etc…).
Lot 2: The purpose of the contract is the supply of paperweights, trophies and medals or similar articles included in the tenderer’s commercial catalogue. OLAF must receive a list of basic prices for all the items presented in the catalogue with the discounts offered by the tenderer on these prices and including any cost, which might occur (printing, transportation, packaging, etc…).
