Provision of Vehicle Insurance for the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, Arusha Branch

The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) seeks an appropriately qualified contractor to establish a multi-year contract (2 +1+1+1 year) for the provision of vehicle insurance for its fleet.

In summary:

The Contractor shall provide the following insurance coverage:

• Third Party Liability to include third-party death, personal injury and property damage;
• Full Comprehensive Insurance of the duty-free value.
• COMESA Insurance

The full technical requirements will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI.

Please note, this is NOT an invitation for submission of Offers. Its purpose is to identify
companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation when issued. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UN-IRMCT reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time.

Companies interested in being considered for shortlisting for receipt of the UNIRMCT solicitation document are requested to submit a clearly written Expression of Interest therein specifying the company’s profile, as per Vendor Response Form attached hereunder providing

• Address, contact person, active telephone numbers as well as functional e-mail contacts;
• Company’s United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number
• Company’s profile

The interested Companies must complete the following Vendor Response Form and return it to mict- procurement@un.org to the attention of Mr. Raphael Fariala Shabani before the closing date on 4 May 2020 at 14:00 hrs, Tanzania local time.
