Provision of Mobile Communication Services and Equipment for EASO in Cyprus

Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

In order to ensure proper mobile communication and information exchange for staff in Cyprus, EASO is planning to award a single framework service contract for the provision of mobile communication services and related supplies for a total maximum duration of 4 years.

The objective of the contract is to provide reliable and high quality mobile voice and data communication solutions for EASO in Cyprus.

Deliverables

The contract shall provide the following mobile telephony services:

1. Post-paid mobile voice and messaging services;
2. Post-paid mobile data/Internet services;
3. SIM cards and associated services;
4. Provision of voice and data capable devices and related accessories (headsets, USB connection cable, installation software, charger);
5. Provision of monthly telephone bills, call records and reports on the data/mobile Internet traffic and status of equipment acquisition;
6. Technical and contract management support;
7. Provision of “zero surprise” option to limit monthly consumption;
8. Portability of the existing phone numbers between providers.
