India has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Demand Side Energy Efficiency Sector Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply other than any restriction arising from ITB 4.7.

The Energy Efficiency Services Ltd.
