Supply and Delivery of 2 No. Vehicle Mounted Sewer Flushing Units for Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES. 1,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only). The documents may be collected by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. Documents can also be downloaded from the AWWDA website: http://www.awwda.go.ke and http://www.tenders.go.ke, Bidders who download the bidding document from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@awwda.go.ke, for records and any further clarifications and addenda.

Procurement will be in accordance with the Bank’s “Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations” dated October 2015, using the Bank’s Procurement Methods and Procedures for Open Competitive Bidding (international advertising). The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions are those of the Bank’s Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.

Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12.00pm East African Time on – 10th July, 2020 and must be accompanied by a security in form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the amount of KES 1,800,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Only) With a bid validity period of 120 days from bid submission date.
