IFB – Malawi – Supply and Delivery of Science Kits and Mobile Laboratory Tables for Junior Secondary Schools

Item Description:

The Government of the Republic of Malawi acting through Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) has received a grant in the amount of UA 9.4 Million equivalent from the African Development Bank as Budget Support towards the cost of the Malawi Protection of Basic Services Programme (PBS) and it intends to use part of the proceeds to payments for Teaching and Learning Materials and Services to be procured under this Project. The Project will be part of the Malawi National Education Sector Implementation Plan II (ESIP II) for rolling out the New Curriculum for Junior Secondary School Education.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) is an implementing agency on behalf of the Government of Malawi, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the Contract for Supply and Delivery of Science Kits and Mobile Laboratory Tables for Junior Secondary Schools, under ICB contract No: ICB 025/IPC/CKP/MOEST/ADB/G/2016- 17/02
