Item Description:
The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) issues the present Request For Quotations to appoint a company for the provision of services and expertise to deploy mobile messaging service in the context of the Smart Villages that will be implemented in the first 2 Proof-of-Concept Villages in Niger.
The identified solutions will be implemented in tandem with other applications and services that should work together within an overall applications architecture to ensure re-usability, interoperability and scalability.
