Item Description:
The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) is an agency of the European Union which focuses on managing research, gathering information, and communicating its findings. It was set up by in May 1975 by the European Council to help improve living and working conditions across Europe, and was one of the first bodies established to work on a specific subset of EU policy. It is headquartered in Loughlinstown, County Dublin, Ireland.
Eurofound is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter (Part A, Tender Specifications (PART B), the Standard Reply Form (PART C), the Draft contract (Part D) and Reference price calculator (Part E) with its respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
The aim of the framework contract resulting from this call for tenders is to enlist a provider that can support Eurofound in the user experience component of its web management programme and in developing online services that add create value for the end users.
