Provision of Media/Social Media and Influencer Monitoring

Item Description:

Assisting 80 million people in around 80 countries each year, the World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience.

To support this work, WFP requires digital monitoring services that can capture the conversations about and around it.

For the above reasons, WFP is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of Media/Social Media and Influencer Monitoring. Specifically, WFP is looking for highly qualified suppliers able to perform:

• Online Monitoring through a Media Intelligence Platform;
• Analysis of Media Monitoring;
• Social Media Monitoring and Analysis;
• Online Influencers Monitoring;
• Press Releases and Distribution Monitoring.

Response

In order to participate in the pre-selection exercise, companies are required to provide the following:

• Confirmation of interest in being considered for the delivery of one or more services described above;
• Company description (size, full-time staffing to client ratio, etc.) (max 1 page);
• Summary of experience in the required business especially for international Organizations similar to WFP (max 2 pages);
• A list of your advertising and communications experts (name, job title and expertise area);
• No financial proposal is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of a positive response, WFP may proceed with the next steps to engage a vendor.
