Maintenance and Repair Services for various hardwall buildings at Entebbe Support Base

The United Nations Regional Service Centre Entebbe (UN-RSCE), Uganda requires services of contractor(s) for the Maintenance and Repair Services of various hardwall buildings, Systems and Equipment located at the UN-RSCE premises in Entebbe, Uganda. The main buildings for Maintenance and Repair Services include: Technology Centre, RSCE Office Building 1, RSCE Office Building 2, RSCE Office Building 3, RSCE Office Building 4 and RTCC-1 Training Centre. The Systems and Equipment to be maintained include: Civil components, HVAC, Plumbing and Sewage, Electricity, Fire Protection System, Premises’ Solid waste collection and disposal.

The Maintenance and Repair Services shall consist of, but not limited to:

1. Preventive Maintenance, including all the operations required to ensure the correct running of the UN- RSCE facilities in optimal conditions.
2. Corrective Maintenance, including all the repairs, rectifications necessary to fix anomalies and breakdowns of UN-RSCE Systems, Installations and Equipment and facilitate the return to a well- functioning status.
3. Legal/Statutory Requirements of Equipment Maintenance, including the supervision of some specific installations and the certification by an officially authorized professional, as per Ugandan regulations in force or International Standards.
