Review of Supply and Implementation of Water Filtration and Storage at Schools – Emergency Programme

Item Description:

UNICEF is looking for an institution/individual consultant(s) for the Review of Supply and Implementation of water filtration and Storage at Schools – Emergency Program.

This task is a specialist task that requires expertise in water treatment design and implementation. Suitable expertise to review the details of the proposed pre-treatment units and the link to the overall system is required to ensure output water quality will be achieved. This task also is part of the current partnership agreement between UNICEF Vietnam and NCERWASS and aims to ensure our due diligence to provide confidence that the systems installed at 54 schools are appropriately designed, constructed and maintained to deliver water of drinking water standard to children and staff at these schools.

The key output of this scope of work is to deliver a review of the proposed water treatment scheme at 54 schools before commissioning of upgraded systems. Timing is the essence in this activity in order to undertake the review before finalizing the designs and procurement of the overall systems.
