General Consultancy, Audits, Studies and Project Management Services

Item Description:

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (the “Office”) is planning to award a public contract for General consultancy, audits, studies and project management services.

The purpose of the contract is to provide consultancy services in the following areas:

• General consultancy, which covers the provision of customised, individual, nonstandard information and/or advice for high-level and strategic matters that are related to the areas of competence and tasks of EUIPO.
• Audit, which aims at providing independent assurance that EUIPO’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. They result in analyses, appraisals, recommendations, advice and information concerning the activities reviewed.
• Studies, which regard the investigation and analysis of a subject matter related to core activities of EUIPO, intellectual property matters, or to a topic supporting the work of the office.
• Project management, which is focused on the management of small projects or projects inside a programme, strongly related to the Strategic Plan 2025.

The awarded framework contracts will cover any needs that EUIPO may define in these domains and will exclude tasks that are covered by other contracts.
