Provision of Level 3/4 Hospital Services (MINURSO)

The United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (hereinafter referred to as “MINURSO” or “the United Nations), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Hospital Services Providers in Morocco and Cananry Islands (Las Palmas / Spain).

MINURSO will undertake a preclearance/assesment visit to shortlisted medical facilities immediately after the closing of this Request for Expressions of interest and shortlisting of those service providers meeting the mandatory criteria. Selected facilities will be provided with a copy of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) for endorsement and thereafter solicited to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the provision of various medical services. The interested service providers are required to complete UN Vendor Registration in the vendor database accessible at the United Nations Global Market Place website http://www.ungm.org (new vendors only).

The EOI should specify relevant information about the medical facility including the facility’s profile, capacity/capability and experience, an indication of similar medical services provided within the last twelve (12) months (if any) and copies of the registration certificate and license(s) of the Hospital (if any).

Please note that this Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) is not an invitation for submission of offers. Its purpose is to identify qualified Hospitals/Medical Facilities that would be interested in provision of medical services to MINURSO personnel (military and Civilian).

MINURSO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this REOI does not guarantee that your company will be invited to participate in the solicitation when issued. Only vendors deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submission will receive the final tender solicitation documents.

The expressions of interest may be submitted by email to: minursoprocurement@un.org; kakmopideu@un.org; ekpao.ekpai@un.org, or else by facsimile (see below), clearly marked with the inscription “EOI – Provision of Level 3/4 Hospital Services (MINURSO)” and addressed as follows to be received not later than 13 July 2021, 18:00 hours (GMT +1) Laayoune, Western Sahara.
