Provision of Value Cash Card Services

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to particiate in the upcoming tender exercise for Provision of Value Cash Card Services.

UNON on behalf of UN Environement (UNEP) is seeking to establish a Contract for an initial duration of three (3) years with option to extend for two additional periods of one year each (3+1+1) for provision of value cash cards for the following services:

1. to pay Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) and terminal expenses as per the UN travel policy. for non-UN system staff attending meetings sponsored by UNEP (mandatory);
2. to use cash cards for petty cash payments (Optional);
3. to use cash cards to pay for certain low value procurement requirement, such as software purchases and subscriptions (Optional),

These cards will be used without the requirement to maintain a bank account with the successful Vendor. The cards will be used as debit cards to make onsite and online payments and allow cash withdrawal at ATM machines worldwide. The participants of the UN meetings are of different nationalities from destinations around the world.
