Item Description:
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”), invites proposals for the above-captioned Project, as fully described in Attachment A (Terms of Reference) of this solicitation.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of the following sections:
Section 1: Scope of Work
Section 2: Proposal Requirements and Evaluation
Section 3: Proposal Submission
Section 4: Legal Matters
The Global Fund is seeking an innovative, thoughtful and cutting-edge agency to help strengthen and evolve the Global Fund brand, to position the organization for success in a rapidly changing world.
The Global Fund aims to leverage an enhanced brand to inject energy and momentum into the fight to end AIDS, TB and malaria as epidemics by 2030. This includes increasing awareness, building trust and driving support for the unique role the organization plays among key audiences globally.
The Project also aims to align and inspire the organization internally, helping to drive operational excellence in the lead up to the Global Fund’s seventh funding replenishment campaign in 2022.
