Provision of Information Technology Programme and Governance Training Courses for UN staff (Re-advertisement of EOIUNGSC 16754)

Delivery format per each course: virtual, self-paced and classroom-based, as applicable and if and where available.

The classroom-based courses are optional and should be held in the following three (3) locations:

1. UNGSC, Brindisi (Italy)
2. UNICTF, Valencia (Spain)
3. RSCE, Entebbe (Uganda)

The delivery, format and the number of training courses will be on an “as and when requested basis.”

The Vendor providing the training must:

• be an Accredited Training Organization by the relevant Examination Institute (AXELOS, APMG, EXIN, BCS, ISACA, BSI, etc.) for the provision of the offered courses;
• provide a qualified trainer holding an active certification by the relevant examination institute to conduct the proposed courses;
• offer certification exams for the offered courses, if available, by the appropriate examination institute.

Contract Term:

The contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year, with the sole option of the United Nations to extend the duration of the contract for two (2) additional period of one (1) year each (1+1+1 years) subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor.

The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage soon after the closing date for this EOI. Proposals for one or more training course categorie/s will be considered.

Vendors interested in participating in this solicitation are invited to express their interest via fax or email citing the full name of the company, complete address, telephone and fax number as well as the name and title of a designated point of contact.

This notice does not constitute solicitation. The UNGSC reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time in the EOI and/or solicitation process. The UNGSC Procurement considers a firm’s qualifications and experience in the particular commodity/service area, and previous performance, when preparing a list of invitees. Therefore, in case of EOIs concerning equipment or supplies, for responding vendors who are not manufacturers, full details of the vendor’s status, as a factory-appointed wholesaler or distributor, must be provided.
