Provision of equipment (teaching aids) for simulation classrooms (06 Centers for Pedagogical Excellence)

Item Description:

1. The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Second Upper Secondary Education Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for equipment (teaching aids) for simulation classrooms [Contract Number 2.ICB15/02] (the “Goods”). Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
2. The Ministry of Education and Training (the “Purchaser”) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for various equipment (teaching aids) for simulation classrooms at 6 Centers for Pedagogical Excellence.
This package comprises: slide show, display and sound equipment; online learning support equipment; WAN infrastructure; desktop computers; device to support IT and foreign language learning; handycam set; surveillance camera and other accessories.

3. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
