Provision of Development and Deployment Services for a Modular and Scalable Surveillance System with satellite transmission system in Ukraine

Item Description:

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks proposals from qualified contractors for the Provision of Development and Deployment Services for a Modular and Scalable Surveillance System with satellite transmission system in Ukraine, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein. Taking into account the different nature and objectives of the elements to be provided, the contract is divided in 2 lots as follows:

Lot No 1: Surveillance system,
Lot No 2: Communications system and service,
Bidders may submit their bid for both lots only (individual lots will not be accepted).

A pre-tender meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, 21 Dec 2016, 13:00 hrs (GMT +01:00), at OSCE, Wallnerstrasse 6, A-1010 Vienna, Austria. Please indicate whether your company will attend and provide the name of your company’s representative by 19 December 2016.
