Provision of a Household Survey and Qualitative Analysis

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is an international financial institution and a specialised agency of the United Nations dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas of developing countries.

Objective of this tender

IFAD seeks a reputable contractor (consulting firm/ consortium) to undertake a i) survey based on the project level- Women Empowerment in Agriculture Index (Pro-WEAI) questionnaire and a ii) qualitative analysis in Kyrgyzstan based on pro-WEAI qualitative instruments, as part of the Joint Programme for Accelerating Progress towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment (JP RWEE).

These quantitative and qualitative assessments will be part of the end of project evaluation, used to measure aspects of women (and men’s) empowerment vis-a-vis a control group.
