Lease of Multi-Functional printers

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons’ (OPCW) mission is to implement the provisions of the Chemical Weapons Convention to achieve our vision of a world free of chemical weapons and the threat of their use, and in which chemistry is used for peace, progress, and prosperity.

The OPCW is seeking a company specialised in the lease of multi-functional printers et al. for the long term lease of such equipment. The equipment will be leased as part of a managed print services solution. For this reason, vendors must be located in the Netherlands and specialise in the lease of such equipment.

Interested bidders should contact Procurement to receive the Request for proposal (RFP) documents and instructions on how to submit a response. Interested parties must include the reference number RFP ISB-600039 Lease of Multi-Functional printers.

Proposals received by the OPCW after the submission due date and time will not be considered.
