Call for Expression of Interest to conduct Face-to-Face Fundraising Activities for Donor Recruitment for UNICEF Thailand Country Office

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is an agency of the United Nations devoted to serving the world’s children and this call for Express of Interest is to seek qualified institutions to conduct face-to-face fundraising activities for the recruitment of pledge donors for UNICEF Thailand Country Office.

Work Assignments in Brief: 

1. Conduct a face-to-face fund-raising campaigns at events, business and residential sites and on the street to solicit donors;
2. Recruit, retain and supervise filed representatives to be ready to manage the face-to-face donor’s recruitment campaign;
3. Secure and prepare event locations pre-approved by UNICEF, and when necessary set up booths to implement fundraising campaigns which the Contractor will pay for.
4. Manage and handle any complaints or concerns related to the conduct of face-to-face donor’s recruitment activities.
5. Prepare sales report and donor data analysis and submit to UNICEF as agreed schedule.

Core Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/Experience Required: 

• The Institution must be legally permitted to operate and have a license to carry our required tasks in Thailand
• The Institution must be legally incorporated and have proven experience in Face-to-Face Fundraising or Direct Sales Marketing and/or Donor Management.
• The Institutions must ensure that donor database system is compliance with the regulations of the Payment Cards Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and compliance to existing local laws and regulations relating to data privacy and security.
