The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to Kenya, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Subject of the Contract
The contracting authority plans to conclude a framework service contract for the provision of professional cleaning services for the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Kenya.
The contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to provide the service in the non-exhaustive list below:
- Daily, weekly, quarterly, yearly regular cleaning services for the EU delegation premises;
- Ad-hoccleaningservices.
